The ordering process in our online store is as easy as buying from a physical store. Choose a category of glasses or a brand and browse our large collection of products. Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, it is not necessary to create a personal account to order at Optical-Fashion.gr. By choosing "Buy as a Guest" you make your purchases without creating an account. However, by creating your personal account, you are given the option to save personal information and shipping addresses so you don't have to write them on every order, and to use the Wish List.
How can I use the discount coupon?
When you are done with your purchases, go to the "Shopping Cart" and press "Show Cart" to start the process of completing the order and at this point the field where you place the discount coupon will appear.
Can I cancel an order?
This depends on the status of your order. If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it. If your order has already been shipped, you must return the product to us. What is my Wishlist?
The Wish List is a feature that allows you to add items that you may want to buy in the future or give as a gift. Items on the Wish List can be moved to the Shopping Cart at any time. To add an item to your Wishlist, click on 'Add to Wishlist' on the item's detailed description page.
What does it mean if a product is marked as Available?
