When will my order be shipped?
All orders, if the product is in stock, are shipped the next business day from the date they were placed. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are not processed, shipped and delivered on weekends or public holidays.
With which courier company will my order be sent?
Orders are sent to Greece with the courier company ACS. In some remote areas that are considered inaccessible, shipping can be done with ELTA. For abroad it is done with the courier company FEDEX.
The delivery time varies depending on the destination country and the customs clearance procedures of each country.
Greece: 1 to 3 working days.
Europe: 2 to 4 working days.
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and the item to be shipped. Specifically:
Europe (except Russia): €11
Will I be charged customs fees when importing my order?
Customs duties or other import charges are charged to non-EU countries when the package reaches the destination country and should be paid by you. Unfortunately, Optofashion has no control over these costs, nor can we give you a clear picture of whether and how much you will be charged, as customs policy varies significantly from country to country. You can, before placing your order, contact a customs office in your country.
Can I set a different delivery address?
Of course. You can set a different delivery address in case your order is intended for a gift.
What if I am absent during delivery?
Before the day of delivery, the courier company will contact you to confirm your presence at the address you have requested for delivery. If, however, you are absent at the time of delivery, the delivery person will leave a note with the company's contact details so that you can arrange to come back at a time that works best for you.
What should I do if I don't receive my package?
If after a reasonable time you have not received your parcel, please contact ASC quoting your Tracking Number or enter the tracking number at www.acscourier.net. If the problem still exists, you can contact the Optical-Fashion Customer Service Department at email@example.com or at 210 3460870.
A condition for sending your order is that the telephone and address details you have provided are correct. Before shipping your order, Optofashion's Customer Service Department will contact you to confirm the order details. If you do not respond to the telephone confirmation, the shipment will not be made.
