Return Policy

Return of Non-Defective Products

In an effort to meet the expectations of our customers in the products they choose from, we offer the ability to return to all products, and change or full refund within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery of products based on receipt documents, provided that they comply with the following terms.

 Before returning the products, make sure that all the following conditions are met correctly.

They can only be sent back to us after you have received "your number and approval return" (RFI), which must be requested upon completion and submission of the online return form.

It must be sent back within 5 days from the date of receipt of the return request.

They must be unused and not damaged.

All parts of its components and accessories must be fully returned.

They should be shipped in their original packaging.

The shipment must be accompanied by proof.

All goods are inspected upon receipt for signs of wear and tear before return, exchange or credit.

If all the above conditions are met, we will refund the cost of the product. Please note that shipping and return costs are at the customer's expense. The refund will be equal to the purchase price minus the shipping amount.

In purchases made through PayPal or by credit card, the Bank's fee cannot be refunded.

Our company does not make exchanges before the product is returned to us.

We are not going to make returns and payments that do not meet all the conditions mentioned above.

Returns are processed within about three (3) business days of receipt of your goods.

Refunds will be made within 7 days of the return and receipt of our products.

To refund your money you must tell us the account to which you want the deposit to be made.

Refunds from PayPal or credit card will be made back to the same card or PayPal account you used for the original purchase. Your account will be credited depending on the credit card return policy used.

The customer is always responsible for sending the product back to our offices, as as a recipient it is not possible for our company to search your package for any postal / shipping.

How will my money be refunded?

Once we receive your refund, the refund process will begin. The way you return depends on the payment method you have chosen. Thus, the amount will be refunded to you either by canceling your credit card charge, or by refunding money via Paypal, or by depositing the amount within seven (10) working days in the bank account that you will indicate to us as long as you had paid with pay on delivery.

How much will I be refunded?

We will refund the amount corresponding to the value of the products, minus the initial shipping costs of the order. You will not be refunded the original shipping costs of the order.

 Return of Defective Products

 In cases where, through proven fault of our Company, products of poor quality and defective quality were sold or by mistake in receiving the order, in the pricing, in the shipment, damaged during transport, with bad packaging, etc. then it fully assumes the responsibility of replacement, return costs as well as re-shipping costs.
